Creating system of personnel incentive of enterprise’s labor

Abstract

Annotation. Today during operation of any enterprise focuses more on the efficiency of its resources’ use . Special attention should be given to effective use of personnel on the enterprise . Purpose. The article is devoted to study the essence of stimulation of work of staff and the use of theories of motivation and stimulation in the company . Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implmented by using the following methods : logic and comparative analysis, grouping method, method of system analysis. Findings: a necessary condition for the formation of the personnel management system is a systematic approach in volving its construction as a component of the overall enterprise management system. Systematized views of scientists to the content and the components of the category of labor incentives and motivation of the personnel. Practical value. For the formation of a system of effective enterprise management based on effective use of personnel leadership must applied not only to economic methods of stimulation and motivation of staff, namely, a combination of organizational, administrative and socio-psychological methods of stimulation of work along with the practical application of models employee’s competencies for staff motivation.
