CREATION OF DIFFERENTIATED STRATEGY IN THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
A classification of strategies types for industrial enterprise diversification in the context of business globalization was proposed. Six types of reference business develop¬ment strategies, the realization of which is possible in the case when business entities have their development in a particular market with specific products within a particular industry, were considered.
