CREATIVE WORK OF ALEXANDRA BARBALAT AS PRESENTATION OF JEWELRY OF UKRAINE IN MODERN FOREIGN ART SPACE

Abstract
Purpose of the article is to study creative activity of one of the modern Ukrainian jewelry artists – Alexandra Barbalat. The main objective of the research is the analysis of the main vectors of artist’s creative activity, contributing to the assertion of Ukraine’s image as a country with a powerful tradition of art metal in art field of the modern world. Creative, social and pedagogical activity of A. Barbalat influences the development of image of Ukraine as a country with significant advancements, historical traditions and distinct modernity in the field of art metal. The study covers master’s contribution to the preservation and development of the hot enamel technique. It studies formation of the artist’s creative manner, factors of influence on her artistic credo, importance of her educational activities for establishing international ties of Ukraine with several foreign countries and characteristics of the competition and exhibition activities of this Kyiv jewelry maker.
