CRIMES AGAINST SEXUAL FREEDOM AND SEXUAL INVIOLABILITY OF A PERSON ON THE VERGE OF CHANGE

Abstract
New approaches proposed by the Ukrainian legislator to the definition of the essence of such notions as rape, violent unnatural gratification of sexual desire and other trespasses against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of a person have been analyzed in the article. Numerous shortcomings of such transformation are revealed and the need to preserve the domestic criminal legal traditions in the field of combating sexual crimes is substantiated. Own ways to improve both the system of these acts in general, and its individual elements, in particular, have been proposed.
