HISTORY OF THE LEGAL PERSON’S LEGAL SUBJECTITY (AT THE EARLY STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF JURISPRUDENCE)

Abstract
This study examines the main historical aspects of the emergence and development of legal subjectity of legal person in the early stages of development of jurisprudence. The place and role of the legal person and legal subjectity in the Roman law are determined. The fiction is considered as a reception of the emergence and understanding of a legal person and legal emergence.
