FORMS OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE SEA VESSEL

Abstract
The article is undertaking a research of maritime leasing agreement. The doctrinal studies of scientists as well as scientific literature are considered. The modern legislation that carries out the legal regulation of a leasing contract of a marine vessel is analyzed. The international experience of using specific forms of leasing of a sea vessel on an example of Italy is highlighted, and also a comparative analysis with Ukrainian situation is conducted.
