CRIMES WHICH ENCROACH ON THE CULTURAL PROPERTY UNDER THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the criminal legislation of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine in matters related to the protection of cultural property, qualified crimes encroaching on them, and this kind of opposition from criminal attacks. The comparative analysis of the Criminal Codes of both countries is also conducted for the purpose of the perception of experience of the Republic Belarus by the Ukrainian legislation regarding improvement of the criminal legislation rules concerning the protection and successful counterworks of the encroachments on the cultural property.
