REGULATORY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF ECONOMIC SECURITY BUSINESSES

Abstract
Normative — legal framework for the economic security entities. Conducted theoretical and methodological analysis of the existing legal framework to ensure the economic security of the state and entities indicates that the regulatory and legal framework in this area is incomplete, almost all levels of normative response to market changes are inadequate and tardy. Important areas of optimization of the sphere defined: activation rulemaking at all levels, improve the alignment between the developers of legal acts, the implementation of diagnostics of economic security.
