INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION IN COUNTERACTION AGAINST COUNTERFEIT GOODS

Abstract
International co-operation in countercution against counterfeit goods has been invesigated, as the problem of counerfeit migration has transboundary character. International regulatory legal acts which regulate the status of counterfeit goods have been characterized and an analysis with the legislation in force of Ukraine has been carried out. Certain actions (efforts) promoting elaboration of new means of counteraction against counterfeit and improving the existing ones due to expert implementation of other countries experience have been enumerated.
