CRIMINAL AND LEGAL MEASURES OF PREVENTION OF CONCEALMENT OF CRIMES: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study criminal legal prevention of concealment of crimes under the legislation of Ukraine, their specifics, organization and the possibility of improvement, clarification of the essence of foreign experience in this field. The article analyzes the national legislation and legislation of some foreign countries, aimed at combating crime, in particular, in relation to the concealment of crimes. The author analyzes the provisions of the criminal legislation of Ukraine in the area of crime concealment at the general theoretical level, defines the main methods and methods for counteracting and concealing this socially dangerous act. The article clarifies the experience of foreign states in the aforementioned criminal sphere, established links between national and foreign support for the prevention and concealment of crimes, as well as the possibility of unification of methods and methods of struggle in this area.
