CRIMINAL DEFENSE OF THE PRIVACY IN THE LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN STATES

Abstract
The human right of privacy is the subject of the criminal law defense by legislation in many countries, both near and far abroad. The criminalization of the violation of private life is a testament to the fact that the states protect the privacy by recognizing the right to privacy as a natural human right belonging to it from birth.
