STRENGTHENING REPRESSIVE COMPONENT IN THE LEGISLATION ON WAR CRIMES IN THE SOVIET UKRAINE (1929-1939 YEARS)

Abstract
This article explores one of the stages of development of legislation on war crimes in Soviet Ukraine. The analysis conditions and changes that were made to the legislation on war crimes. The practice of the relevant legislation is investigated. The historical significance of the stage of development of legislation on war crimes in Soviet Ukraine is defined also.
