ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights the issues associated with the genesis of the construction industry on the example of the Soviet era to the 90s. and the period of formation of independent Ukraine today. The analysis of the points of view of modern scholars associated with the development of laws that regulate the construction activity in the periods is indicated. We analyze the contents of these periods, and reveal the specifics of their genesis. The article highlights the issues associated with the genesis of the construction industry on the example of the Soviet era to the 90s and the period of formation of independent Ukraine today. The analysis of different points of view of modern scholars associated with the development of laws that regulate the construction activity in the periods indicated is provided. We analyze the content of these periods, and reveal the specifics of their genesis. We traced the main trends of development of construction law in the modern period. The main idea of the article is to study the history of national construction law as an important area of modern science. Scientific interest lies in the issue associated with the formation and development, construction law penalties due to the need for projections of achievements of past generations to the present state of building relationships for the purpose of comprehensive analysis and solving the acute problems of the present. The basis for the formation of the new legislation in the field of construction activities must be legislative proposals of scientific schools and legislative public authorities initiatives forming the main areas of scientific and technological activities in the fields of construction, urban planning, architecture, industry, building materials, which will ensure the sustainable development of the building complex adapted to European requirements and standards.
