DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF FOREIGNERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In science of constitutional law the researches in the field of the legal status of the individual, and legal status of foreigners in particular have a special value. Due to the fact that on the one hand, a democratic legal state should create the right conditions for temporary or permanent residence of all persons within its territory and provide an effective mechanism for the implementation and protection of their rights and freedoms, regardless of the subjective factors, and on the other – to protect their domestic sovereign interests and the interests of its own citizens as individuals who have the closest relationship with the State. National legislation governing principles of the legal status of foreigners in general, consistent with international standards in this area. However, it should be noted that the list of these principles and their substantial characteristic require further improvement and additions. The purpose of the research is to solve these problems.
