CRIMINAL-EXECUTIVE COMPONENT OF THE SYSTEM OF MILITARY JUSTICE IN UKRAINE: PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract
The issues of practicability of creation in Ukraine a single body ensuring public order among the military of all military formations and law-enforcement agencies for special operations have been researched in the article. The suggestions on standard regulation of its legal status, performing duties and proper jurisdiction have been defined.
