CRIMINAL-LEGAL PROTECTION OF OWNERSHIP ON LEGISLATION OF STATES OF SOUTHERN AND WESTERN SLAVS
Journal Title: Legea și viața - Year 2018, Vol 2, Issue 9
Abstract
In this article the author explores the issues of criminal and legal protection of property under the legislation of the states of the southern and western Slavs. The possibility of investigating the criminal law norms establishing responsibility for acts directed against property (estate) within the national legal systems of the southern and western Slavs as a separate legal family is substantiated. The basis for such a conclusion is a similar construction of the formation of pro-state formations of the western and southern Slavs, as well as general signs of the historically developed culture, including the legal, western and southern Slavs.
