ONTOLOGICAL PRECONDITIONS OF SOCIAL ORDER: PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL DIMENSION

Abstract
The article explores the concept of «social order» through a philosophical legal prism. The author shows various scientists' views on the content and concept of public order. It was found that social control is the primary means for preservation of public order, because social order does not arise spontaneously in society, it is preceded by formation of certain social institutions (family, generation, community, etc.) that perform control functions, i.e. social control function. Under the social order it is offered to understand the philosophical-legal categorywhich reflect the state of orderliness of social relations, which is achieved primarily through the selforganizational processes of society, the socialization of each individual, and through the organizational foundations of state. It is established the main signs of public order and it is revealed that the social order is provided by interaction of organizational and self-organizational components.
