PERSON WITH MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS AS AN ELEMENT OF FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF A SOCIALLY DANGEROUS ACT

Abstract
The article explores the need to expand the subject of forensic science. It is proved that a person with mental and behavioral disorders is an element of the criminalistic characteristics of a socially dangerous act. It is established that the development of typologization of persons with mental and behavioral disorders who have committed socially dangerous acts is a common task for criminalists and psychiatrists. Problems are set before the criminalistics in creating the criminalistic characteristics of persons with mental disorders and behavior that have committed socially dangerous acts.
