PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF RIGHTS OF THE INSURED PERSONS DURING EXAMINATION OF TEMPORARY DISABILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of realization by the patients of their right to choose of attending doctor in the light of medical reform. Author’s attention is focused on the necessary changes of the mechanism for the examination of temporary disability. The government shall provide private medical institutions and solo practitioners with the right to conduct such an examination equal to the rights of state and municipal owned clinics.
