CONCEPT AND LEGAL NATURE OF THE DEED, WHICH HAS PLACE IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Abstract
The issues of normative regulation of electronic deeds are analyzed in the article. Features of electronic deeds and the order of conclusion of the electronic contract are defined. There is emphasized on necessity to combine of possibilities of biometric identification and electronic commerce. The identification of electronic deed is proposed by author.
