FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE ON LICENSING OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES

Abstract
SUMMARY The article gives a theoretical study of the history of the development of the national legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the relations in the field of licensing of economic activity. An analysis of scientific literature devoted to the issues of formation and development of the licensing institute, as well as regulatory legal acts regulating the licensing of economic activities throughout the time of its application in Ukraine is being carried out. On the basis of the research, four stages of the development of the Ukrainian legislation regarding licensing of economic activities were identified, including the grounding of the coming of a new stage in the development of legislation in connection with the entry into force of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
