OBJECT OF THE DISTANCE SALE CONTRACT

Abstract
The complexity of investigating the legal and material object of the distance selling contract is due to the fact that the special law on distance sales does not define either the notion of the distance selling contract or its object. The grammatical and logical interpretation of the term distance contract allows us to affirm that the material object of distance contracts, both products and services, can be the material object. In this context, there are several theoretical and practical issues to be solved in the near future, because distance selling is a branch of the economy that shows a very rapid development and is one of the most promising business areas in worldwide.
