Abstract
An article analyzes the peculiarities of legal regulation of relations in the field of legal responsibility, the essence of legal responsibility in land law, the concept and types of land violations as grounds for liability, examines the specifics of the application of certain measures of responsibility, defines measures to prevent land violations.
