DEFINITION OF THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION IN THE SPHERE OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF UKRAINE, SOME WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTION

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of the main objectives of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. It is noted that it is possible to solve many objectives which face the Ukrainian agroindustrial complex only by its reforming, and it will bring the model of managing domestic agriculture closer to the best modern world standards. The analysis of normative legal acts such as the Strategy for the Development of the Agrarian Sector «3 + 5», the Regulation on the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 1119 and others, as well as other legal literature and the work of domestic and foreign scientists in this field is conducted; certain types of tasks of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine are singled out in accordance with the main categories and methods of administrative and legal influence on the subjects of activity in the sphere of agroindustrial complex are identified for the solution of these tasks.
