BASICVICTIMOGENIC FACTORS OF INVOLVEMENT OF MINORS IN CRIMINAL AND OTHER ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITIES (THE ART. 304 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE)

Abstract
The article is focused on the analysis of victimogenic factors of involving minors in criminal and other anti-social activities. It is proved that the dysfunctions of the family institution have the most powerful destructive influence, the effects of which can have both criminogenic and victimogenic nature. The devaluation of family values, domestic violence should be considered as the main manifestations of the dysfunction of the family institution. The author has provided additional arguments in favor of the criminality of the dysfunctions in the institution of secondary general education. Special attention is focused on the victimogenic role of the distribution of the “Single Prisoner’s Structure” subculture. Its main features and criminologically significant consequences of involving minors in it have been outlined and described.
