Liability and liability for fiscal infringement

Abstract
Tax evasion is one of the most widespread economic crimes, both nationally and internationally. Although tax evasion is a known phenomenon, the legal doctrine has not been dealt with in terms of fiscal issues. The issue of tax evasion is topical, given the well-known cases brought to public attention, the sums of millions of euros that the state has to recover from the state budget fraud. I speak of notoriety, because the people investigated and convicted are first-rate people who have been at the helm of public services. Frequently, in news media, news starts with other cases of fraud in the state budget.
