INTERACTION OF THE FOLLOWER AND OPERATIONAL SUBDIVISIONS AT THE DISCLOSURE OF CRIMINAL CRIMES

Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual provisions of carrying out investigation investigations, the interaction of the investigator and the operational units during the disclosure of a criminal offense, determining the guilty of the suspect, establishing the factual data, their procedural consolidation as evidence in criminal proceedings. The theoretical and practical elements of provision, execution of the investigator’s orders to the operational units during the disclosure of a criminal offense, and the establishment of facts testifying to his commission are provided. The mechanism of provision, execution of the order of the investigator is offered. The ways of improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine are offered.
