THE PARTICULARITIES OF WOMEN AND MALE SELF-PRESENTATION IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
According to research carried out in this article, we intend to draw attention to differences that are closely related to the particularities self-presentation women and men in employment. Emphasis is focused on addressing gender roles, which prevents the professional development of women, causes of inequality based on behavior and self-presentation strategies and the existence of stereotypes that are deeply rooted in mass consciousness.
