IMPROVEMENT OF SOME ASPECTS OF THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THROUGH THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE INSURANCE INSTITUTE

Abstract
The article separates the concepts of security and protection of intellectual property rights, substantiates the improvement of some aspects of the legal protection of intellectual property through the involvement of the institution of insurance, and also defines the substitution of the static value of the protection of intellectual property rights for the dynamic value when implementing the preventive and educational function of insurance. A new meaning of the preventive function of the insurance is being revealed while considering it from the legal viewpoint, not from economic one.
