ATTORNEY ADVISING AS THE COMPLEX PHENOMENON

Abstract
Author of the article analyses the concept of advising as the complex phenomenon. It is marked that consultative activity is one of basic types of advocate activity and requires the special attention both from scientists and practicing lawyers. An author notices that advising is understood in a great deal only as the first stage of cooperation of advocate and client, but advising is examined by an author as a separate, all-sufficient type of advocate activity. An author gives the definition of concepts of consultative activity and advising. In order to a form, object and complication of advising an author is work out classification of consultative process also. In research separate attention focused on the system of advising, as complex phenomena and its stages.
