THE LEGAL NATURE AND CONTENT OF LOBBYING ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues related to the legal nature and content of lobbying activities in the context of the legal experience of some foreign countries. In particular, the article analyzes current trends in the development of lobbying practices under the legislation of some foreign states. It is noted that the main source of lobbying is the interests of groups, and, in turn, the group nature of interest is the essential sign of lobbying. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation of lobbying in the legislation of some foreign countries. It is concluded that lobbying is, first of all, a deliberate, legitimate influence of a representative of group interests (a lobbyist) on a subject of public authority (the object of lobbying) in order to reflect the interests of concerned people in official acts.
