DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE LEGISLATION REGULATING THE TERRITORIAL DEFENSE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The author of the article has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the directions of improving national administrative legislation that regulates the territorial defense of ukraine. It has been substantiated that an important stage for the improvement of national administrative legislation that regulates the territorial defense of ukraine should be the development of typical provisions of territorial defense at the regional level, since only the programs of developing territorial defense for a certain period are not enough. The emphasis has been placed on the fact that certain regions need to be intensified in law-making and law-enforcement spheres as they have manifestations of armed aggression on their territory. The list of mandatory territorial defense measures, which should be carried out by regional subjects of territorial defense, has been outlined.
