ANTHROPOLOGICAL MEASUREMENTS OF CIVIL PROCEDURAL LAW AS A CONCEPT OF ITS SECURITY

Abstract
The article deals with the questions concerning the clarification of the possibility of applying the anthropological approach to the research of problems in the civil process. There is a direct link between the doctrine of civil procedural law and the state of the judicial practice. Indeed, thanks to this approach, it becomes possible to identify the real (actual) causes of problems in the law, in the mechanism of legal regulation, in conflicts, dependent and unfavorable conditions of the civil process. All this is covered by conflict law, which aims to overcome these problems. It is noted that the actions of conflict law are explained by the special purpose of providing security with regard to the stability of law and order in the implementation of justice in civil matters.
