CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ILLEGAL ABORTION IN LEGISLATION OF SOME STATES: COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to issues of comparative and legal analysis of provisions of criminal law of some states in the context of illegal abortion. The international experience of regulation of issues of criminal responsibility in this field is not researched enough. Special emphasis is on provisions, which are related with adoption and arrangement of decision on abortion and previous consultation of pregnant woman. Special feature of a lot of criminal laws is special norms, which are not including the describing of the composition of the crime, but set up the cases of impunity of abortion. Also the important element of the composition of the crime is presence or absence of women for abortion.
