ADAPTATION OF THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE ON LICENSING OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY TO THE EU LEGISLATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical problems of adaptation of the national legislation of Ukraine in the field of licensing of economic activity to EU legislation. The analysis of the scientific literature devoted to the issues of adaptation of legislation, the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement, the legislation of Ukraine and EU regulations on licensing of economic activities is carried out. Based on the study, the problematic issues of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation in the field of licensing of economic activities to the relevant EU legislation and the ways of their solution are highlighted.
