SUBJECTS OF EXECUTION OF DECISIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS

Abstract
The article suggests criteria for differentiating the execution of decisions of administrative courts to voluntary and compulsory ones. The subjects of voluntary execution of court decisions are divided into types: subjects of power – defendants in the case, executors by law, individuals and legal entities – defendants in the case. Analyzed, which bodies enforce the decisions of the courts in administrative cases. Conclusions are drawn about the plurality of such entities, their powers and legal regulation of their enforcement activities.
