PROHIBITION OF IMPLEMENTATION BY PUBLIC SERVICED PAYABLE ACTIVITIES: THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of normative and legal acts regulating the actual problems of combining the public service with other activities. Attention is drawn to the contradictions in the legal regulation at the level of laws and by-laws on the possibility of carrying out certain types of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state and local self-government, which leads to ambiguous law enforcement practice, and specifies specific proposals for their elimination.
