METHODS OF PROTECTION OF RIGHTS IN THE INFORMATION RELATIONS: SOME ENFORCEMENT ISSUES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical principles and practical consequences of applying methods of protecting civil rights and interests in the information sphere; determination of the specifics of using protection to stop violations of information rights, including, as a result of the dissemination of unreliable information; the analysis of problems and contradictions of the current legislation of Ukraine regulating information relations; formulation of conclusions and proposals for improving the legal regulation of information relations in civil law. The article emphasizes that civil law establishes special methods of judicial protection, which are implemented in the field of information relations, both through the protection of intellectual property rights, and in the form of protection information as a personal non-proprietary rights.
