THE ROLE OF JURIDICAL SYMBOLS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL OF LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of legal symbols in the context of the psychological school of law, the interaction of legal symbols and intuitive law in the psychological theory by L.I. Petrazhitsky. The author forms the concept of legal symbols from the position of the scientific category "legal understanding"; concludes that legal symbols form an ideological element and determine the level of development of legal activity.
