SCIENTIFIC REFLECTIONS ON EMIGRATION AND IMMIGRATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Abstract
The current stage, characterized by respect of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of persons, such as – the right to free movement, offers the possibility to humanity to choose their own residence visa or place of living. The real dream of every citizen for a better standard of living is a the cause for people to leave home, and head to other host destinations, temporarily or forever, with better earning opportunities to for wishes and family needs. The real and objective evidence of jobs, the existence of low levels of living and wages – are just some of the key causes that make Moldovan citizens choose their way to the East or West. Instead, the budgeting process or the minimum payment fee, which now exists in the country, causes foreign citizens to choose a higher education institution in the Republic of Moldova. The issue of migration is a negative factor, which at the moment directly attacks the entire rule of law. The demographic situation in the Republic of Moldova has been remarkable in the last decade since young or newly-formed families leave the country,they contribute directly to the birth rate of the host country and not of the Republic of Moldova.
