THIRD PERSONS AS SUBJECTS OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of concept and general signs that characteristic is for the third persons as subjects of civil legal relationships. The special attention is sanctified to an author the analysis of legal literature and civil legislation, in that the legal aspects of participation of such persons are represented in civil legal relationships. Drawn conclusion, that as the third persons the independent subjects of civil legal relationship, that, being not here him by basic subjects, own independent equitable rights and (or) duties, come forward in civil from the proper name or the names, and, thus, are properly identified, come forward in civil legal relationships, and also have the opportunity in a that or other method to influence on the dynamics (motion) of corresponding civil legal relationship.
