CONDITIONS FOR VALIDATION OF THE EXPERT REPORT JUDICIAL

Abstract
SUMMARy Clarification of all the circumstances in a criminal trial depends to a large extent on the settlement of the factual circum- stances regarding the criminal case, the activity which is characterized by a greater degree of difficulty, requiring application of special knowledge from different fields. The expert report, as evidence, is a totality of factual data established by the investigation of material objects and data managed in a criminal case, research carried out by an expert. In turn, the expertise is a research activity carried out by an expert in order to resolve a matter raised before him by the criminal investigative body or a court of law, following which an expert report is drawn up in which the expert indicates the conclusions he has made achieved by the research.
