Abstract
The article examines the introduction of irrevocable powers of attorney on corporate rights in ukrainian legislation. The changes in the legislation concerning the maintenance of a new institute – irrevocable powers of attorney in the corporate sphere are analyzed. researched versatile position on the introduction of irrevocable powers of attorney in the corporate sector. A conclusion is drawn on the appropriateness of understanding irrevocable powers of attorney in the corporate sphere as a way of ensuring compliance with obligations under a corporate agreement.
