THE TEORETICAL AND SOCIAL RELEVANCE OF THE PHENOMENON OF LEGAL ORDER

Abstract
The article includes a study of the legal order as a social phenomenon. The authors emphasize the essence and distinction between legal order and social order, motivating the interdependence between them. The concept of legal order is a methodological-theoretical instrument used with the general theory of systems, having a definition not always unambiguous.
