PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL AVIATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of applying international acts of the civil aviation industry. The main problems of aviation legislation of Ukraine and their correlation with international agreements in the field of civil aviation are analyzed. The article analyzes the role of unmanned aerial vehicles in connection with scientific and technological progress, the development of international relations. It is substantiated that the problems of applying international acts of the civil aviation industry are: 1) the unequal application of the norms of international acts in the field of civil aviation; 2) inconsistency of the norms of domestic legislation with international acts of civil aviation; 3) training of aviation personnel to an appropriate level of aviation security and safety; 4) corruption risks, as imperfection of the national legislation; 5) language conformity. Overcoming these problems is possible by aligning national legislation with ICAO requirements.
