NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT: THE CONCEPT AND DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

Abstract
The article explores issues related to the determination of nature and the definition of the concept of "normative legal acts of local self-government." Various scientific approaches to the definition of concepts "legal acts of local self-government", "normative legal acts of local self-government" are given. The characteristics of the concepts "normative legal acts" and "normative legal acts of local self-government" are offered for consideration in terms of revealing their common and distinctive features. On the basis of the study, we propose our own approach to the definition of the concept of "normative legal acts of local self- government", their classification, as well as the characteristics of the most significant local acts.
