THE PROCEDURE OF A NOTARIAL CONSULATE OF CONTRACTS ON THE SECTION OF THE PROPERTY OF SPOUSES

Abstract
The article considers theoretical approaches to the notary activity of the consul, analyzes the sources of legal regulation of the notary activity of the consul. The author examined the procedures for notary certification by the consul of agreements on the division of spouses' property as an instrument of legal regulation of the relevant family legal relations, specifics of its composition, procedures for notarization by the consul. Attention is focused on the fact that despite the legal fixing in the current legislation of Ukraine of a number of norms for concluding and notarizing the consul of the agreement on sharing the property of spouses, in practice there are certain problems in implementing these norms, which requires a decision by introducing appropriate changes to the current legislation of Ukraine. The author of the article developed recommendations on improving the legislation of Ukraine in the field under investigation.
