THE BASIS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY IN THE PROCESS OF THE FORMATION OF INTEGRATED PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
SUMMARY The article analyzes the institutional features of the formation of the national anti-corruption policy of the modern state in the context of transformational processes and the establishment of an integrated public administration system. Tendencies of mutual influence of the national policy of reforming public administration and national anti-corruption policy are shown. The necessity of forming a new approach to the development of the foundations of the internal policy of the state is proved, the role of legal support for the transformation process is specified. The tasks on forming a new approach to the process of making state and management decisions in the sphere of anti-corruption policy are determined. The tendencies of development of the integrated system of public administration in the context of modern challenges of social development are indicated. The modern tendencies of forming the basis of the branch of science of public administration and administration are characterized.
