PECULIARITIES OF PROVIDING SECURED LEGAL AID IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The legal nature of free legal aid is analyzed. The principles of the state policy in the field of free legal aid are determined. It is noted that the right to receive legal aid is a guarantee of the realization, assertion and protection of the rights and freedomsof man and citizen. The peculiarities of providing primary and secondary legal aid are described.
