Abstract
In the Republic of Moldova, investment activity is carried out on an equal footing, which applies to both residents and non-residents. This type of activity is regulated primarily by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Law of the Republic of Moldova “On Investments in Entrepreneurial Activity”, as well as other national laws, and a number of international contracts.
